1. Using the service
Best Music Boat is provided for lawful use in Discord communities. You must follow Discord’s terms, applicable platform rules, copyright law and the rules of each server you join.
2. Availability
Playback and source availability can change because of maintenance, Discord, audio nodes, third-party services or server configuration. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
3. Server permissions and moderation
Server owners and administrators control DJ roles, voice permissions, setup channels, vote-skip and other guild settings. Attempting to bypass these controls may result in access restrictions.
4. Premium
Premium access is subject to the active Patreon membership or valid legacy entitlement, configured server slots and the associated provider’s billing state. Premium does not override server moderation policies.
5. Abuse
Do not automate abusive requests, attack the infrastructure, probe private endpoints, distribute credentials or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
6. Changes
Features and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material updates should be communicated through the website or official support channels.
